| Inner Shell and Outer Shell made of thin Stainless Steel (18-8 type) are formed and welded to make a certain space between Inner Shell and Outer Shell and are sealed by special welding. The air and alien substances inside the space are perfectly burnt and exhausted to foster vacuum state. In order to remove the extremely small quantities of remaining gases, GETTER, a special material, is installed in the space to maximize the vacuum effect. Higher vacuum has higher heat retention effect. The products are manufactured by use of TRANSFER PRESS, a special equipment, within the deformation point of Stainless Steel and so their vacuum(heat retention) effect is superb.
